Here are the services we offer...

As you can see we offer a lot of services and each of them are popular. We are registered with CQC allowing us to offer additional services such as personal care and meditation. We can also deliver sit ins, sleep ins, wakeful nights and live in care.   If there is a service you require and do not see it listed below, please ask us. 

• Home Care Services

  We can help you with any domestic jobs you need help with around the home and garden – including shopping, cooking, cleaning and ironing. We use your cleaning products and equipment.  
  
  We all come from a caring background, so even if we are cleaning for you we will still be making sure that you are cared for at the same time.

• Fancy a game of cards or a board game or perhaps arts and crafts? Anything you get enjoyment out of we can do together and this of course includes taking any pets out for a walk or having a chat and a cuppa together, perhaps talking about the old days or sharing photographs.  We are all fully insured for business use so we could take you for a drive to the countryside or along the coast ! (Mileage will be charged in addition to the hourly rate, we currently charge 45p per mile).  For some clients meal times can be very lonely, we often cook for/with our clients and (if requested) share a meal and companionship together. We are members of NAPA, an organization who actively champions activities.

• Admin Work/Letter Writing

  If you are struggling to fill in forms then we can help you with this. We have helped people gain their attendance allowance, personal budget and mobility ‘blue’ badges. We can also make any phone calls on your behalf. Even when people have been turned down we have appealed and been successful. 
  
  

  Handyman and Gardening

  We will carry out any general household maintenance.  Like all of our workers they are fully insured and police checked. Why not accumilate your jobs and make this service worth your while! Get them all completed  in the time allocated. We also carry out general garden maintenance and usual hourly rate applies. We do charge for trips to the tip at 45p per mile.  We will normally use your garden tools, lawn mower and strimmer but please advise if you do not have them available for our use.

  Dementia Care
  

  We have trained Support Workers who deliver care on a daily basis with people who have Dementia.  Along with professionals and families, we pull together to help the individual stay safe and independent in their own home as long as possible.  We can offer sleep ins, evening care, sit in service (while the main carer goes out), daily care or specific support packages. 
  
  We also have dedicated and trained carers that can support Adults with learning difficulities if they develop Dementia.
